EDUCATION
Education is the key service of all we do from start to finish. It is what differentiates Personal Vogue from other wardrobe consultants. Our goal is to educate and empower our clients so they may define and control their own image and signature look. Our education services are designed to maximize who you are today based on your aspirations and budget—not to imitate the style of others.
Education starts with a comprehensive Style Assessment Process which is completed prior to the Wardrobe Editing session. The assessment will help identify personal goals and define a desired style. The Personal Vogue team will analyze and apply this information for the educational orientation conducted during the Wardrobe Editing session.
Key Benefits of the Educational Orientation process include:
- Review of expectations and goals that were stated in the Personal Style Assessment pre-session to ensure we exceed your expectations.
- Discussion of current personal image to identify areas for enhancement.
- Analysis of lifestyle and wardrobe needs as well as shopping trends and style influences.
- Measurement and identification of body type.
- Discussion of the body type implications to explain why some clothes would enhance the look while others may detract from looking your best.
- Recommendation of styles, fabrics, patterns and accessories that would enhance your personal style based on the body type.
- Identification and recommendation of colors that will brighten the look based on complexion and coloring.
- Definition of “reality dressing” and methods to make it fun and not a dreaded enemy.
Through education and understanding of your body type you will quickly start to realize why some styles work and some do not. This is really the fun part of the educational services provided by Personal Vogue.
“Personal Vogue delivered a personalized, educational experience in the privacy of my home. I could not have reviewed my current wardrobe and accessories with such an objective eye. I now understand that the difference between frump and chic can be less than one inch! Thank you!”
