KATHY BROSMITH
Kathy Brosmith has leveraged her counseling, coaching and leadership skills to empower Fortune 100 executives, support clients of her social work practice, and help to enable philanthropic organizations to achieve their goals. For the past 18 years, she served as a senior Human Resource executive at Fortune 100 companies. Prior to her career in Human Resources, Kathy attained a Masters of Social Work from the University of Illinois and was a practicing social worker. Throughout her life, Kathy has been committed to volunteerism and in supporting non-profit organizations. In every phase of life, Kathy has focused on counseling executives, clients and non-profit leaders to maximize their potential. Now, she’s excited about applying these same skills to helping others define and build their own personal style.
Kathy believes strongly in community involvement and was a founding member of the Board of Directors for the International Center on Deafness and the Arts (ICODA). She remains an active volunteer for PADS ( Public Action to Deliver Shelter) Homeless Center, The Lake County Haven for Women in Transition, and C.O.V.E. Alliance (Children’s Outreach and Vocational Education) serving the orphaned and disadvantaged of Uganda.
